Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources Specialist plays a vital role in our organization's human resources department, supporting various HR functions and contributing to the effective management of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Records and Documentation:
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Support employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
    • Assist in the administration of benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Training and Development:
    • Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs.
    • Track and record employee training activities and certifications.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
    • Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including data collection and feedback coordination.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • HR Administration:
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, record-keeping, and scheduling meetings.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in HR is preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
