Compliance Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Professional to join our team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance management, with a focus on employment and labor laws, contract review, and team management. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, developing policies and procedures, and conducting training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with employment and contract laws in multiple regions.
- Draft and review contracts for clients and vendors to guarantee legal accuracy and adherence to applicable laws.
- Develop policies and procedures to promote and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance risks through internal audits and assessments.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employee awareness of compliance issues and requirements.
- Investigate and respond to compliance-related concerns, coordinating with legal counsel when necessary.
- Advanced fluency in English and Chinese required.
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide clear advice to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks.
- Proactive approach to staying informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.
