Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development of high voltage CMOS and BCDMOS devices and processes.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMOS, Bipolar, and DMOS device physics, as well as experience in high voltage device design, debugging, process integration, device characterization, reliability understanding, and design rule creation.


This position will involve working closely with cross-functional technical teams to develop new embedded High Voltage process/device architectures based on customer and company needs.


The selected candidate will also be responsible for defining and establishing new High Voltage technology design rules and test methodologies, designing high voltage CMOS/BCDMOS device development structures for optimal performance, and conducting DOEs on silicon to maximize device and process performance with good reliability.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters or PhD in Microelectronics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Physics or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-8 years' relevant experience in High Voltage CMOS/BCDMOS process development
  • Strong understanding of CMOS, Bipolar, and DMOS device physics
  • Experience in high voltage device design, debugging, process integration, device characterization, reliability understanding, and design rule creation
  • TCAD work experience or education background is highly desirable
