Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to manage ad hoc civil works. The ideal candidate will oversee technical supervision, contract administration, fender systems, under-pipe replacements, and berth inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee maintenance operations in a fast-paced port environment
  • Inspect and maintain fenders and berths to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct under-pipe support and replacement projects as needed
  • Supervise structural inspections of berths and other marine structures
  • Prepare project documentation, including scope of works and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles managing marine maintenance projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and measurement practices
  • Proficient in procurement models such as FSOR and FBQ
  • Experience with asset management systems (EAMS experience is an advantage)
