As a Senior SAP ABAP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Enterprise Application practice by delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' complex business needs. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced professional with a strong technical background in object-oriented ABAP development, debugging, and problem management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop custom ABAP programs based on business requirements, utilizing your expertise in debugging and troubleshooting to resolve issues within the codebase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP user exits, BADI, and other enhancement techniques to customize standard SAP functionality, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Create user-friendly reports using tools like ALV and develop interfaces that enable SAP to communicate effectively with external systems, utilizing technologies such as IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and Web Services.
• Modify and improve existing SAP programs to better meet business needs, leveraging your knowledge of SAP modules like OTC, SD, FIN, PM, and CS.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of applied experience in ABAP program development & support on both SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, with a strong foundation in IDocs, interfaces, enhancements, and Adobe forms.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment, familiar with work management using Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, and tools like Jira, Octane, Trello, Asana, and ADO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with demonstrated experience working effectively in a multi-ethnic and multicultural global team.
