Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO specialist to lead our in-house search engine optimization efforts and contribute to the growth of our organic presence. This role will be responsible for managing the health of our online presence across on-page, off-page, and technical areas.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on SEO experience, a strong interest in content strategy, and be excited to grow with the team while taking ownership of the SEO function in a collaborative environment.

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Optimize website content, metadata, site structure, and internal linking to improve search visibility
  • Manage the monthly blog content calendar, working closely with writers to ensure content aligns with SEO goals
  • Support the creation of SEO-friendly content through structured briefs, outlines, and content direction
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion rates on high-traffic pages
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with developers to address issues that impact performance
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Stay up to date with changes in search algorithms and AI-powered discovery trends
  • Conduct outreach and manage off-page strategies, including securing backlinks from high-authority or niche-relevant websites
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 1-3 years of practical SEO experience, ideally in an in-house or agency environment
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research, site audits, and content optimization
  • Comfortable using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Familiarity with content marketing principles and CRO concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to identify SEO landing page improvements that lead to higher lead conversion rates
  • Interest or working knowledge of emerging AI search behaviors
