Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Performance Management and Goals Management modules.

">

The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

">

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and deploying the PMGM module for both new and existing clients across various industries.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules.

">

Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into system configurations aligned with SAP best practices.

">

Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and document functional specifications.

">

Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration templates, and continuous performance management features.

">

Train business users and provide post-go-live support and optimization.

">

Ensure alignment with Employee Central and other integrated modules (e.g., Learning, Compensation, Succession).

">

Stay current with SAP product updates and recommend improvements or innovations.

">

Requirements:

">

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation and support.

">

Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (latest release preferred).

">

Strong understanding of performance form templates, goal alignment, calibration, and continuous performance management.

">

Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of PMGM.

">

Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors integration touchpoints.

">

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.

">

Able to work under pressure, resolve issues proactively, and deliver on time.

">

Team-oriented, positive attitude, and ready to adapt in dynamic environments.

">

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related fields.

">

Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules like EC, Learning, or Succession is an advantage.

">

Experience working with regional or global implementations and familiarity with BTP extensions or advanced analytics is a plus.
