The MarTech Business Analyst Manager is a pivotal role within the digital strategy of our consumer market business.

This position actively contributes to the successful implementation and continuous development of our digital strategy, supporting the digital marketing team and stakeholders with insightful reports and in-depth analysis.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has a passion for digital analytics and data analysis that supports all aspects of our digital strategy and optimization.

You will play a crucial part in enhancing our marketing capabilities through sophisticated data analysis and cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include gathering and interpreting business requirements, facilitating data-driven decision-making, and optimizing customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. Gather and document business objectives, KPIs, and measurement criteria for use-cases.
  2. Engage with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to create data mapping documentation based on use-cases.
  3. Create customer segment definitions in our Customer Data Platform (CDP) based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.
Measurement and Insights
  • Conduct campaign performance reviews implemented via CDP, analyze behavioral metrics, and design KPIs.
  • Continuously improve by leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
User Training and Support
  • Design and facilitate end-user training for CDP capabilities, data access, and utilization.
  • Develop a Martech playbook for effective usage and adoption.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst, focusing on developing business requirements for Martech systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and consulting background.
  • Proficiency in data management and visualization tools, such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Expertise in measuring digital performance, including mobile analytics.
