Job Title: Quantitative Strategist - Sustainability OfficeSustainability is a crucial aspect of modern business, and as a Quantitative Strategist in our Sustainability Office, you will play a key role in driving sustainable investing practices. This involves partnering with our investment teams to integrate sustainability-related considerations into the investment process. You will be responsible for co-developing methodologies, tools, and frameworks that support our commitment to sustainability.We are seeking an experienced professional who can leverage their knowledge of quantitative methods and data analysis to drive business value and ideation through data-driven insights. As a member of our Investment Insights Group, you will work closely with asset class specialist to develop robust quantitative models that support market monitoring, idea generation, backtesting, and total portfolio management.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual who is passionate about sustainability and has a strong background in quantitative disciplines such as Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.   • Conduct research on sustainability themes and their impact on risk/return drivers in different markets
  • Develop and maintain quantitative models for market monitoring, idea generation, and total portfolio management
  • Build next-generation sustainability investment analytics capabilities to promote efficiency among various investment teams
  • Collaborate with asset class specialists to further enhance sustainability investment analytics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 3-7 years of experience in sustainability application, financial modeling, or quant research roles
  • Strong data knowledge of sustainability datasets used for insights generation and total portfolio management
  • Knowledge and practical application of machine learning and quantitative methods
  • Proficiency in R, Python, SQL programming languages
