About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our regional distribution centre infrastructure projects. As a Regional Distribution Centre Infrastructure Program Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure projects that meet the company's quality and delivery standards.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, DC site leaders, and 3rd party vendors, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for reviewing and driving quality in achievement actions, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and team R&R.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams. You will also have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain with in-depth functional knowledge of key logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement infrastructure projects that meet the company's quality and delivery standards
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Review and drive quality in achievement actions, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and team R&R
  • Collaborate with an extended team of subject matter experts on technical, systemic, or non-operational issues that arise during the project lifecycle
