As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our health and safety policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Work Safety & Health (WSH) Act.
  • Collaborate with the site team to ensure that all health and safety risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Develop and implement safe work procedures in accordance with WSH Risk Management regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure that all work activities are carried out safely.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for project risk assessment and safety work procedures.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Project Manager on EHS matters.
  • Identify and report any hazards or near misses to management.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM (Construction & building related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a WSHO in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Singapore legal requirements and ability to interpret them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
