">Job Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Healthcare Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure clinic readiness based on desired service standards.
- Assist with patient registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering, and any other enquiries related to insurance provider's information for billing.
- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
- Attend to requests, emails, and phone enquiries.
- Assist the clinic manager in administrative duties.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
