  • Maintaining comprehensive staff rosters and leave schedules is crucial for effective workforce planning.
  • Coordinating logistics for regular meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and follow-up actions, is essential for smooth operations.

In addition to these tasks, this role also involves providing training and development support, including:

  • Developing and implementing training plans with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Managing training records, tracking Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points, and facilitating CPE point applications.
  • Documenting and reporting on training programs and progress.

The role also encompasses office and facility management, including:

  • Coordinating with Facility Management and vendors to resolve office maintenance issues promptly.
  • Processing monthly bills and claims for timely submission.
  • Conducting comprehensive office orientations for new hires.
  • Managing office access control for staff across locations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in healthcare settings.
