Therapy Technician Role

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this mission. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting engineers to improve machine/process yield and quality: analyzing machine/process issues and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and providing timely engineering support in failure analysis and CAPA resolution.

Supporting the achievement of department goals: participating and leading in PMT, SGA, and VIP initiatives, driving and leading in OEE and productivity improvements, providing technical expertise for employee teams, and implementing employee suggestions (Kaizen).

Providing technical support to production: resolving machine issues and breakdowns, managing and implementing effective PM programs, and overseeing spare parts management.

Engaging with engineers, supervisors, and suppliers: exchanging technical information, contributing to issue resolution, evaluating purchase parts, and requesting quotations.

Ensuring compliance with EHS procedures and requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • NITEC (NTC/ITC) diploma or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of experience or 2 years with a diploma
  • Subject matter expert on key processes and equipment/machineries
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of basic design of jigs and fixtures
  • Knowledge of mechanical/electrical drawings and control systems (PLC)
  • A team player with resourcefulness, positive attitude, and good teamwork skills
