Human Resource Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Human Resource Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaison with relevant government agencies.
  • Administer leave, attendance, and overtime records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems for HR and administrative documents.
  • Assist in preparing HR and administrative reports for management.
  • Support workplace health & safety and compliance-related administrative matters within the sector.
  • Coordinate with project sites and departments to ensure smooth flow of HR and admin matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience in the sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices aligned with guidelines.
  • Familiar with work pass administration and workforce management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
