The role of Assistant Manager, Operations is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our CET programmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality backend support through detailed planning, logistics, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Course administration: Monitor and process course applications from our Training Management System, ensuring a seamless registration process.
  • Logistical support: Arrange necessary documentation for trainer commissioning, plan and recommend manpower for on-site operations, and liaise with internal stakeholders for programme planning and execution.
  • Team supervision: Supervise, monitor, and ensure completion of post-training administration activities by team members, including updating course databases, preparing evaluation reports, and issuing e-certificates.
  • Ad hoc projects: Assist the Deputy Director in system and process improvements, ensuring compliance with data protection policies and funding guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recognized degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in administration and training support operations.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
