Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the Product Manager position. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative payment products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

  • This includes formulating product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategic direction, and identifying new financial services technology providers for collaboration. Additionally, you will analyze emerging trends in technologies, competitors, customer behavior, and competitive best practices into product vision and roadmap.

You will take ownership of product innovation, working with internal and external stakeholders on development activities from market needs to go-to-market strategy. Your expertise will be essential in leading end-to-end planning and monitoring of delivery/post-delivery performance of the new products and payment services.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably Banking or IT
  • 5 years of experience in product development, product management with specific industry expertise in banking/financial platforms
  • Excellent track record in managing, developing, and launching new products and leading innovation projects as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the payments industry and related technologies
  • A passion for understanding market and client needs, and having a relentless desire to solve pain-points using customer-centric design

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory governance requirements and operationalising day-to-day business process matters such as technical support, operational issues, client service support, and legal documentation.
