Plastic Surgery Nurse

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the plastic surgery practice as a skilled nurse.
Duties and Responsibilities
- As a key member of the nursing team, you will function as a nurse in a plastic surgery practice, providing high-quality patient care and assistance with various medical procedures.
- You will assist in consultations and postoperative reviews, perform dressing changes, remove sutures, manage surgical drains, dispense medications and medical grade skincare, book appointments including for surgical procedures, and communicate effectively with patients.
- Your responsibilities will also include assisting in non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, filler, and other injections and laser treatments.
- In addition, you will perform non-surgical body contouring and skin tightening treatments.
- You will also function as a surgical assistant and circulating nurse during surgery.
- Furthermore, you will handle various aspects of insurance claims, including liaising with insurance companies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures is essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive patient information.
