Job Opportunity: Plastic Surgery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced nurse to join our plastic surgery practice as a key member of the team. As a Plastic Surgery Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

  • Function as a nurse in a plastic surgery practice, providing expert care to patients undergoing various procedures.
  • Assist in consultations and postoperative reviews, perform dressing changes, remove sutures, manage surgical drains, dispense medications and medical-grade skincare, book appointments including for surgical procedures, communicate with patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients, from consultation through recovery.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, maintaining open communication with colleagues and management.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in plastic surgery.
  • Ensure accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as handling insurance claims and coordinating appointments, as needed.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ICU and Operating Room experience
  • Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures and protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care and satisfaction
