Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Specialist to join our team at The Bank of East Asia, Limited (BEA). As a key member of our technical operations group, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for issues related to the SWIFT network and its applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve SWIFT-related incidents, including production issues, by collaborating with various stakeholders (users, development teams, vendors, infrastructure teams).
  • Provide second and third-line support for SWIFT applications and infrastructure, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Monitor SWIFT transaction volumes and system performance, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in SWIFT and its products such as Alliance Access, Basic Tracker, Payment Control System, and Alliance Lifeline.
