About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or chemical engineering, and a minimum of 2 years of related working experience in chemical sales.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for actively pursuing new customer accounts, managing existing ones, and developing effective sales strategies to meet sales and business goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively pursue new customer accounts and promote the full range of the company's products and services.
- Manage customer accounts throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process, including handling sales inquiries, preparing and presenting quotations, and coordinating with operations and production teams to ensure goods are ready and delivered on time.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and product penetration plans to meet sales and business goals, including revenue, margin, and market share targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Director to prepare tender documents, determine pricing, and submit tenders promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with key, existing, and potential customers.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and stay informed of product developments.
- Conduct supplier sourcing activities, evaluate product quality against requirements, and follow up on logistics after purchasing.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and summaries of sales activities.
- Ensure all necessary documentation complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BizSafe, and other relevant safety standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Chemical Sales.

Salary Package
