Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned educator to join our team as a lecturer/senior lecturer in continuing education and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and experience in delivering planned curriculum to adult learners.

The role involves developing and delivering high-quality training materials, including manuals, guides, and instructional videos. You will also be responsible for facilitating students' learning, performing assessment grading, and other academic duties such as invigilation.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the growth and development of our institution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8-10 years of relevant industry experience in hospitality, education, marketing, business development, and/or consultancy.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong industry links and exposures in related industries and sectors.
  • Experience in developing a curriculum or providing training in a client-facing environment.
