Job Title: Contract Manager

About the Role:

KONE is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by managing contracts, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with KONE's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit contractual documents, including notices, claims, and payment applications.
  • Monitor and report on contractual performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of contractual and project management activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure KONE's contractual obligations are met.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Proven experience in contract management, with a strong understanding of contractual law and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
