SharePoint Application Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint application support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues, as well as designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the Microsoft SharePoint system.

Key Responsibilities include: analysing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the Microsoft SharePoint system; attending to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting; enhancement to existing system / new project development work; support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems; maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure; provision of monthly work progress report records; working with other developers at the polytechnic.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of application development and/or maintenance experience on SharePoint;
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online (SPO) customization with Power Automate and Power Apps;
