We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an International Business Operations Coordinator. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in international business operations, sustainability, and client engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on real projects that make a global impact, learning from experienced professionals and developing valuable skills. You'll be part of a multi-department exposure program, building a wide skillset and collaborating across countries and cultures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting proposal development and client requests
  • Learning CRM tools and assisting with pipeline tracking
  • Joining client calls and understanding how we build trust
  • Processing orders, coordinating logistics, and tracking deliveries
  • Working with warehouse, finance, and account teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Assisting in ESG reporting and social impact programs
  • Helping track sustainable materials, practices, and vendor compliance

You'll have the opportunity to own your work, take ownership of your ideas, and see the real-world impact of your contributions. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn, with a drive to solve problems and improve processes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A diploma graduate or final-year student in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or similar field
  • Based in Singapore
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly
