Job Title: Applications Processing Officer

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills to process applications efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will review and validate GSR applications submitted through the ESR system in GeBIZ, ensuring all required financial documents are provided and that applicant details are accurate and consistent with the supporting documents.
  • Once payment is received, forward applications to the Finance Team for validation and approval.
  • Handle public and applicant enquiries regarding the GSR application process and eligibility criteria via telephone or email during office hours or by the next business day.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
