Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Kaki Bukit

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Description:
  • Review and validate GSR applications submitted via the ESR system in GeBIZ.
  • Ensure all required financial documents are complete and applicant details match supporting documents.
  • Once payment is received, forward applications to the Finance Team for validation and approval.
  • Handle up to 400 applications daily (normal and express).
  • Manage public and applicant enquiries about the application process and eligibility through telephone, email, or chat during office hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) or respond by the next business day.
  • Log in and update information accurately on the GSR system.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in handling and verifying all documents.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Officer for smooth application processing.
Requirements:
  • Careful and detail-oriented work approach.
  • Able to handle a high volume of applications efficiently.
  • Experience in document handling and customer service is a plus.
