Procurement Administrator

About the Role:

This is a critical position in our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless procurement processes. The successful candidate will be expected to update management on sub-contractors' claims status, prepare debit notes on back-charges and/or penalties imposed on sub-contractors, and follow up to ensure that such debit notes are contra against claims raised by sub-contractors.

The ideal candidate will assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies/errors between records of sub-contractor work completed against sub-contractor claims, verify and ensure that payment certification issued to sub-contractors are in accordance with approved sub-contractors' interim payment recommendations, and reconcile sub-contractors' invoices against payment certification issued.

Additional responsibilities include preparing accrual listing reporting on a quarterly basis, working closely with external suppliers to ensure accuracy in price and quantity for materials ordered & delivered, reconciling delivery orders against approved purchase orders and suppliers invoices, liaising and rectifying discrepancies/disputes with external supplies, and performing other duties as may be assigned.
