About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including hotline calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders using different purchase methods.
  • Handle the enrolment of new customers in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare daily sales reports to ensure accurate recording of payments and stock levels.
  • Support merchandise and spare parts procurement as needed.
  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation of records.
  • Verify invoices against order forms to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Issue products to customers based on confirmed purchases.
  • Pack stock items for deliveries or courier services.
  • Coordinate with courier service providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records and sufficient stock levels.
  • Replenish inventory by placing stock orders as required.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize stock in the warehouse.
  • Provide after-sales support, including repair services.
  • Prepare inventory and related operational reports.

Requirements
  • Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Benefits
  • Salary: Up to SGD 1,800 per month
  • Working Location: Paya Lebar
  • Working Days: 5.5 days, Saturday 11am to 5pm.
  • Transport, Meal and OT allowance provided
