Job Title: Food Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Outlet Chef to join our team.

This is a dynamic role that involves preparing orders, grilling meat, cooking pasta, deep frying, food prep, ordering of food and supplies, and cleaning & washing of kitchen equipment. Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and maintaining a high standard of hygiene is essential for this position.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Your ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines is crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cooking skills: Proficiency in cooking techniques, including grilling, deep frying, and cooking pasta.
  • Food safety and hygiene: Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Time management: Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
