Job Title: Sr. Consultant

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant to drive the growth of our SAP business in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, selling, and delivering SAP solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SAP solutions for clients, including functional and technical design, SAP application and systems development, and SAP business transformation.
  • Engage with clients to analyze process and reporting requirements, and advise them on industry-leading practices and SAP recommended processes.
  • Develop target state SAP solutions for clients, and influence their thinking in adopting leading and standard practices.
  • Analyze application landscapes to design interfaces to SAP solutions, and perform SAP configuration and testing.
  • Lead consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover.
  • Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post-cutover.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 9-10 years of experience in SAP VIM module, with involvement in at least 5 end-to-end full life cycle of SAP VIM Module implementations, and team leading experience.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural work environment.
  • Sound understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and leading practices in the area of focus.
  • Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design, and lead teams.
  • Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions.
  • Broad understanding of SAP design, appreciation of digital enterprise, and emerging technologies.
  • Sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
  • Willingness to work outside of office base, and ability to travel locally and abroad.
