Senior AI Product Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned product manager to spearhead the development and commercialization of our cutting-edge AI products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and scale AI solutions across various industries.
- Drive user research to identify and prioritize product features, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotion plans.
- Foster strong relationships with engineering teams, providing guidance on product requirements and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product direction.
- Leading product development, from conception to launch, ensuring excellent product-market fit.
- Crafting compelling product narratives and pitches for stakeholders.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing product management teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise software products.
- A proven track record of delivering software platforms/products/services to B or C customers.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative approach.
