Job Title: Medical Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Medical Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing medical supplies, medications, and hospital materials.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, including updating EzyVet records in a timely manner.
  • Inspecting deliveries for accuracy and quality.
  • Implementing and maintaining processes around controlled drugs.
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with veterinary staff to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and submitting detailed inventory reports to management.

This is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or pharmaceutical setting.

Experience handling controlled substances in compliance with AVS regulations is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., EzyVet, Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
