Job Title: Industry-Leading Foundry Expert Needed

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Foundry Expert to lead our supplier quality and audit initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive audit plans to evaluate supplier capabilities, managing project transfers, guiding improvement initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution. You will also conduct thorough inspections of casting and machining services to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans to evaluate supplier capabilities.
  • Manage project transfers, guiding improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Effectively negotiate and balance capacity among suppliers to meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of casting and machining services to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Oversee foundry operations, focusing on quality and delivery performance optimization.
  • Implement non-conformance part follow-up procedures to minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor suppliers for timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Precision Engineering or relevant field is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Metal Machining industry with a strong background in supplier quality/audit expertise is required.
  • Regular overseas travel is expected.
