Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including payroll processing, accounts closing, and government claims.
  • Manage employee details, process payroll, and handle CPF and payroll payments.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and provide advice on structuring and developing the team.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax agents on payroll-related matters.
  • Act as a contact point for institutional Finance and HR staff, ensuring organizational readiness and capability to deliver business results.
  • Cover colleagues handling other companies' payroll processing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in a finance function or financial shared service center, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Prior exposure to Payroll processes and software in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HRIS system preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage team members.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, as well as a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills and adept at working with multiple groups of stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and provide timely updates and reports to senior management.
