E-Commerce Operations Manager

In this dynamic role, you will oversee the e-commerce performance of multiple brands across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will develop and implement multi-brand strategies and portfolio management to align with company goals.
  • Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day store operations for each brand across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and direct-to-consumer websites (e.g., Shopify).
  • You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional calendars for each brand.
  • Monitoring and analyzing brand-specific KPIs to optimize listings, ad placements, and campaign effectiveness per brand is also a key part of this role.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably across multiple brands.
