Sustainability Business Partner, Food Solutions

Description:

The Sustainability Business Partner is a pivotal role within the Food Solution team, responsible for enhancing performance in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas.

  • This involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to plan, track, and report ESG initiatives.
  • The Business Partner also serves as secretary of the Food Solution ESG Council, chaired by the designated Sustainability Sponsor.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead ESG Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to devise, implement, and monitor ESG initiatives.

Manage ESG Data: Collect and manage ESG data, contributing to the annual Sustainability Report.

Develop ESG Roadmaps: Create tailored ESG roadmaps considering local context and regulations, with support from the Global ESG team.

Sustainability Projects: Lead or support sustainability projects such as waste reduction, resource efficiency, and certification efforts.

Relationship Building: Foster and maintain relationships within the regional Food Solution ecosystem.
