Global Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the vital link between business capabilities and their objectives, delivering concrete value to the organization.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing BI roadmaps, having knowledge of overall reporting and BI frameworks, and continuous work with account teams to understand and advise on developing, maintaining, and improving BI frameworks, their governance, and processes.
- Develop BI roadmaps for global key accounts
- Have knowledge of overall reporting and BI frameworks
- Work continuously with account teams to improve BI frameworks
- Deliver standard reporting packages including KPIs
- Enable users to take actions and decisions based on data/information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years working experience in FM industry
- At least 8 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analysis required
- Expert level on Tableau and similar analytics tools desired such as PowerBI, Databricks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with collaborating with Global Clients/International Stakeholders
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
