We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Learning & Talent Management team as an Assistant Director, Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent strategies under MAP to drive organisational success
  • Curate and administer assessment tools to ensure quality of candidates appointed under the programme
  • Act as strategic talent partner and point of engagement for senior leaders and participants under MAP
  • Deepen competencies of talents under MAP to prepare them for existing talent development programmes

What You'll Do

  • Formulate and execute key talent strategies under MAP to attract, develop and retain high-potential talents
  • Develop and administer the programme from talent selection to engagement
  • Curate and administer assessment tools to ensure quality of candidates appointed under the programme
  • Act as strategic talent partner and point of engagement for senior leaders and participants under MAP

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field with at least 8-10 years of experience in talent management and/or leadership development programmes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and strong analytical thinking
