About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Learning & Talent Management team as an Assistant Director, Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent strategies under MAP to drive organisational success
- Curate and administer assessment tools to ensure quality of candidates appointed under the programme
- Act as strategic talent partner and point of engagement for senior leaders and participants under MAP
- Deepen competencies of talents under MAP to prepare them for existing talent development programmes
What You'll Do
- Formulate and execute key talent strategies under MAP to attract, develop and retain high-potential talents
- Develop and administer the programme from talent selection to engagement
- Curate and administer assessment tools to ensure quality of candidates appointed under the programme
- Act as strategic talent partner and point of engagement for senior leaders and participants under MAP
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field with at least 8-10 years of experience in talent management and/or leadership development programmes
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels
- Detail-oriented, proactive and strong analytical thinking
