Job Title: Customer Service Representative

">Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring seamless execution of shipments.
  • You will work closely with sales personnel to coordinate shipment arrangements, prepare quotations, and negotiate rates with shipping lines and co-loaders.
  • Your role will involve checking and verifying incoming invoices, working with the finance department, and following up on payment issues with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attend to client and overseas office/agent enquiries and handle import and export enquiries.
  2. Source and maintain rates from hauliers, shipping lines, overseas agents/offices, and subcontractors.
  3. Coordinate and follow up on shipment arrangement (air freight/sea freight/trucking).
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Very good proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel etc.).
