Community Space Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the development and management of a community space. This involves working collaboratively with residents, partners, and stakeholders to co-create, plan, and conduct activities that promote participation and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the planning and execution of activities and interest groups in a physical space.
  • Partnering with local leaders and stakeholders to organize programs and services.
  • Developing a feedback mechanism to gather insights on conducted activities and improve future operations.

This position also involves facilitating resident participation in suitable activities and programs, overseeing general operations, supporting logistics, and ensuring effective administration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in community development, social work, or a related area.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be adaptable, analytical, and a good team player.
