We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Executive to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics/electrical and at least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place orders with local and overseas suppliers
  • Sourcing new suppliers with competitive prices
  • Process purchase orders and related documents
  • Monitor delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Prepare costing for tenders
  • Evaluate samples for testing purposes
  • Feedback to suppliers on product defects/complaints
  • Prepare TT payments to overseas suppliers
  • Liaise with forwarders for cargo clearance
Requirements
  • Electronics/electrical background preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
