A visionary leader with at least 12 years of experience in software sales leadership, you have established a strong track record of building executive relationships and leading high-performing sales teams. Your expertise in go-to-market business planning and execution has consistently delivered results-driven strategies that meet business objectives.
You possess a customer-centric selling philosophy, a consultative approach, and a proven ability to develop vision alignment with prospects and customers. With experience in selling innovative technologies and introducing new concepts to large enterprise accounts, you are well-equipped to cultivate champions and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive team quota achievement and continuous process improvements
- Build strong executive relationships and establish direct connections with C-level executives
- Develop and execute go-to-market business plans tailored to the ASEAN market
- Lead a complete sales organization with a focus on sales and operational excellence
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of software sales leadership experience in the Singapore market
- Strong executive relationship building track record: Proven experience establishing direct relationships with C-level executives at large enterprises
- GTM business planning & execution experience: Consistent responsibility from market entry strategy design through execution
- Sales & operational excellence practice: Track record of achieving team sales targets while driving process improvements
- Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and consultative approach
- Experience selling innovative technologies and introducing new concepts to large enterprise accounts
- Excellent articulation of competitive positioning
- Ability to travel 30-50%
