Job Role:
Litigation Support SpecialistThis role is responsible for providing administrative support to lawyers in a litigation setting. The successful candidate will be working closely with a team of experienced legal professionals to ensure the smooth operation of court cases.
- Provide full secretarial services and administrative support to lawyers, including liaising with clients, filing, calendar management and e-filing of documents.
- Assist in the preparation of court bundles and other documentation as required.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in Law qualification.
- Relevant experience working in a law firm would be advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
