We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for our organization.

This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment
  • Perform regular IT maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and Endpoint checks
  • Ensure all IT systems and equipment are well-maintained and secure
  • Assist in deploying and supporting new IT solutions and infrastructure upgrades
  • Maintain compliance with IT security policies and data protection protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will need a good understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals, along with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. You will also possess effective communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

A Diploma holder with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support is required. The ideal candidate should be eager to grow their skills in systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
