Telesales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Professional to join our team on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients through effective phone communication, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities by fixing appointments in a timely and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty, working independently to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency, and maintaining a high level of phone etiquette and communication skills at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients through effective phone communication
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by fixing appointments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and communication skills at all times

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced telemarketing environment
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software is preferred
  • Opportunities for training and development will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, 6 hours daily (12pm to 1pm, 1 hour break)

Availability:

Minimum 3 working days per week
