Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement events from venue sourcing and related logistics planning.
  • Develop proposals and detailed plans to support the technical aspect for the events.
  • Plan and implement events to increase positive rapport with business partners.
  • Lead formal pre-event and post-event meetings for average to large-sized assigned groups.
  • Propose recommended automation solutions, such as automation in LIG wellness programs bookings.
  • Manage vendors and quotations for events.
  • Conceptualize and prepare event proposals customized to individual events and ensure they are within budget and cost.
Supporting and Coordinating with the Sales & Marketing Function
  • Handle LIG activities, such as responding to business partners' enquiries and analyzing and/or converting into data and monthly sales analytics.
  • Coordinate, implement, and attend sales & operations training services where required.
  • Handle data and system entry for quotations.
  • Manage sales quotation activities log, sales reporting & summary.
  • Review communication materials, deck, implementation timeline, etc.
  • Coordinate weekly billing, renewal growth, and BD sales summary.
  • Assist BDMs on quotation and placement of new business.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to achieve positive results.
Requirements
  • Diploma holder or A Levels.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer servicing or related.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, etc).
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • Effective and good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great team player and flexible to support Broking and Direct team wherever required.
  • Motivated and strong commitment to team's success.
  • Meticulous, efficient, and positive attitude.
  • Able to handle deadline pressures and intense workload.
