">Operational Transformation Specialist
As an Operational Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by streamlining operational processes and ensuring data consistency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and validate requirements, design test scenarios, and perform reconciliation tasks.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Performing data analysis to cleanse and standardize data
- Validating requirements using a systematic approach
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and obtaining signoff on requirement documentation
">Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience working in operations in the asset management industry
- Experience using Aladdin, Multifond, and other investment and accounting platforms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of R and Python programming skills is a plus
