Project Lead - Infrastructure Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to oversee the development and delivery of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations departments to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays and cost overruns
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, with at least 8 years in infrastructure development
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical skills in project management, with expertise in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
