Production Assistant - Warehouse and Inventory Control

This role will see you supporting our warehouse functions, including secondary packaging, in a hands-on environment where you'll interact with every part of our business. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products across ambient, cold chain, and ultra freeze temperatures.

Key duties:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting physical counts
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for warehousing, material handling, and shipping
  • Supporting efficient warehousing and distribution activities to maintain the quality of our medicines
  • Controlling the physical condition of the warehouse to ensure a safe and compliant facility
  • Safeguarding warehouse operations through security procedures and protocols

For this role, we're seeking an individual with:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Warehousing and Distribution
  • Proven experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
  • A thorough understanding of GDP and GMP principles
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • A practical working knowledge of handling cold chain, frozen products, and controlled/dangerous goods
  • A current forklift license
